本款茶叶以黄永玉老先生「十二生肖」艺术篆体文字为基础,中国传统生肖文化为底蕴.以湘茶集团臻溪系列全金花黑茶为原料,在设计之初我们希望在产品及结构呈现本身体现出核心,与其创意及文化。

 at the beginning of the design we want to present itself in product and structure reflects the core, and its ideas and culture.





产品定位具有一定的高端性,同时以礼品属性为主,所以在结构及交互方面,我们着重突出产品的展示型及礼品品质感。

Product positioning has a certain high quality and is mainly used as gift attribute, so in terms of structure and interaction, we emphasize on the presentation and gift quality of products.







为体现包装气质感,外包增加竖排版腰封,结构交互上实现一个变化功能——在未开封前产品以竖装呈现,挺拔感受。展现中国及生肖文化的稳重感受,开封后印刷变为横版,保证开启后的产品陈列展示性及使用的便利感。

茶饼呈现面下部做支撑,保证茶饼露出展示面在1/2稍下方,避免露出模切边缘实现细节美观,同时保证茶币再取出包装时的便利性。

首先我们在规格上做了测试与调研,结合金花黑茶产品特性 —— 设置6g为一泡。

内部茶币放置区域根据茶币上起凸的生肖文字,配合印刷黄老篆书生肖字。

The inner tea coin places the region according to the Chinese zodiac sign of the tea coin, cooperate with the printing of the zodiac signs.



为保证产品的形式感与后期作为礼品的应用,可让每个客人选择自己的生肖茶饼来冲泡,在茶饼的压制模具中。

我们融入了生肖的篆书凸起字体及十二生肖的压凹字体,我们运用此款产品特性,突出及压凹部分会出现“金花”的聚集物理自然的加强了工艺感。

We entered into the seal character of Chinese zodiac bump font and zodiac indented font, we apply this product features, highlight and concave part gathered the physical nature of "golden flower" the strengthening of the process.










整体配色运用黑金为主色调,体现产品的定位感,并符合十二生肖品牌的视觉规范。

The overall color scheme is mainly used in black gold color, which reflects the positioning of products and conforms to the visual norms of the 12 zodiac brands.

 

工艺方式考虑到制作成本,选用金卡为基底,三层镂空印刷,将金卡原色以两个亮度层次分别展示Logo与暗纹区域。

金卡镂空印刷反金工艺,强调出包装的仪式感,也再次突出对生肖文化的表现。

The process takes into account the production cost, USES the gold card as the base, makes three layers of hollow-out printing, and displays the Logo and the dark grain area at two levels of brightness.

在整体印刷完成后,以「雪花」镂空工艺两遍,强调出暗纹与盒面的视觉感以及触感。
